Annual MPAK Picnic Held
25th Annual Picnic to celebrate adoptive families
The 25th Annual MPAK Picnic was held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Carbon Canyon Regional Park, Brea, CA.
The picnic was well attended, but still not at the same level as it was during the pre-Covid period.
There was great BBQ and sumptuous foods, lots of space for kids to run around, a Giant Obstacle Moonbounce, Magic shows and games and prizes for kids.
It was a day of celebrating adoption and foster care and family bonding at the picnic.
A pastor named Seo Jin Kyo from Korea remarked at the picnic, "I have never witnessed this type of atmosphere. The picnic was so great, and I sensed so much love flowing between the parents and the children. I want to start something like this for the special needs children that I minister in Korea."
