Images from the 2017 MPAK Fundraising Gala

Jinah Kim was the emcee that conducted the event.  Here Jinah live auctions an electric guitar autographed by the members of the U2 band that was auctioned off at $18,000.

Susie Koh, an adoptee violinist electrified the audience with her performance of Sarasate's Zigeunerweisen, and her redition of the Amazing Grace.

The gala was attended by 400 people that heard the needs of the aged-out orphans in Korea and China, and the audience responded with strong support for the orphans.

Kim Hanson and Julie Duvall share their experiences of serving the aged-out orphans through their organization Love Beyond the Orphanage.  Julie shared a heart wrenching experience of growing up as an older aged orphan, and how this experience motivated her work.

An Aged-Orphan Mr. Young Seok Kim shares his orphan life and how the Oak Tree Project helped him to be where he is today.
